Based on both my own experiences and those of my clients, I firmly believe that one or the other of coaching and therapy, on their own, is often not enough. Imagine building a house, without a solid foundation? Or establishing the foundations, but not getting around to constructing the house?
People are often curious about this approach.
How is it structured? Where do we start? Does the therapy part come first, then a move on to coaching?
The truth is that it's much more fluid and organic than that. We'll discuss what you want to change. We'll consider what's stopping you. We'll explore what you've already tried. We'll experiment with ways to move forward. However, this isn't always a direct, linear journey and sometimes we will have to go backwards to go forward. Along the way, I'll try to offer the solutions, concepts and tools, which I hope will have the biggest impact, but sometimes these will miss the mark, and we'll learn from that together.
I believe in working flexibly with clients and together we will co-create the right type of support solution for you. This dictates the frequency of our sessions (although I like to start with bi-weekly as a minimum), the duration and the timing. Some clients like the same time every week. Others find that their schedule just doesn't allow for that and we meet on a more ad hoc basis. We navigate all of this together to find what best suits you.
Many clients like to meet online now, but I do also see clients in person in Market Harborough.
