about me

Hello

I’m an integrative therapist and coach, working with people at the point where insight and strategy are no longer enough on their own.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable and used to finding a way forward — and come to this work when they sense there is a different kind of growth available to them.

How I think about this work

I believe that meaningful, sustainable change comes from understanding and working with the internal dynamics that shape how we think, feel and respond — not just from applying new strategies.

In my experience, it’s often not a lack of insight or effort that keeps people feeling held in place, but the complexity of what’s happening internally, particularly in the moments that matter most.

When this is understood, something shifts.

People often find they can respond with more clarity, steadiness and confidence — without needing to push or force change.

My approach

My work sits at the intersection of coaching and therapy, and is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

This allows us to explore both the practical realities of your life and work, and the internal patterns that shape how you respond to them.

The focus is always on creating the conditions for meaningful, sustainable change — in a way that feels grounded, thoughtful and relevant to your day-to-day life.

Experience and background

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with postgraduate (Level 7) training in integrated counselling and coaching.

Alongside my private practice, I have experience working with individuals and organisations, supporting people in navigating complex professional and personal contexts.

My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), having completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 training, as well as continued professional development and clinical supervision.

A personal note

Alongside my professional training, my understanding of this work is also shaped by my own lived experience.

Receiving a diagnosis of ADHD later in life brought a different perspective on the patterns, strengths and challenges I had experienced over time.

It deepened my appreciation for the complexity of how we think, feel and respond — and the importance of working with that, rather than against it.

For some clients, this is a meaningful part of the work we do together.
