I'm a perimenopausal, married, heterosexual woman with one crazy labrador, but no children.
I love people and I love problem solving.
This has been the constant in both my first career, as a commercial business leader, and in my work as a therapeutic-coach.
Alongside my 1:1 work with clients, I also deliver training, run educational workshops and provide business consultancy,
so no two days are the same. Yet the people and problem solving are ever-present.
I'm now based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, having relocated here from London in 2021.
