A passion for people and problem-solving has been the common thread throughout my career. 

From leading in the commercial business world to my current work as a therapeutic coach, 

my focus has always been on empowering others to grow, thrive, and succeed.

In addition to my 1:1 coaching and therapeutic work, I deliver training, run workshops, 

and provide business consultancy, ensuring no two days are ever the same. 

But the constants remain: working with people and solving meaningful problems.

After relocating from London in 2021, I now call Market Harborough, Leicestershire home, 

although I continue to work extensively with an international client base online.
