supervision

I offer supervision for coaches, therapists and other practitioners working in relational or people-focused roles.

This is a space to step back from your work, reflect more deeply, and be supported in navigating the complexity that comes with working closely with others.

My approach to supervision

My approach is collaborative, reflective and grounded in both ethical practice and real-world application.

I see supervision as a space where you can:

  • think clearly about your work
  • explore the dynamics that may be shaping it
  • develop your confidence and judgement as a practitioner

Alongside this, I bring an integrative perspective — drawing on both coaching and therapeutic approaches, and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My work is particularly relevant for those integrating coaching and therapeutic approaches in their practice.

A different kind of supervision space

Alongside discussing your work, we may also pay attention to what’s happening internally for you as a practitioner.

This can be particularly helpful in:

  • understanding strong reactions or uncertainties
  • working with self-doubt or pressure
  • staying grounded and clear in complex situations

The intention is not to analyse or “fix,” but to support you in developing a more confident, steady and self-aware way of practising.

What we might explore together

Supervision can include:

  • reflecting on client work and the challenges it brings
  • noticing patterns that show up in your work with different clients
  • exploring your internal responses — particularly in more complex or charged situations
  • developing your own style and way of working
  • thinking through ethical considerations and professional boundaries

There is space for both the practical and the reflective — and for the realities of your work as it is, not as it “should” be.

Who is this for

This may be a good fit if you are:

  • a coach, therapist or practitioner working with people in a relational way
  • interested in developing your practice beyond models and techniques
  • open to reflecting on both your client work and your internal responses
  • looking for a space that is both supportive and gently challenging

Practicalities

  • Sessions are available online or in person (Market Harborough)
  • Typically 60 or 90 minutes
  • Frequency can be discussed depending on your needs and requirements
