working together

You may have already invested time and energy in your own growth — through reading, reflection, or trying different therapy approaches.

And still, there may be moments where things don’t shift in the way you expect — particularly in the moments that matter, both professionally and personally.

This is often where our work begins.

Who I work with

I work with thoughtful, capable people navigating complex professional and personal lives.

Often, they are:

  • experienced and emotionally intelligent
  • used to taking responsibility and finding a way forward
  • balancing multiple demands and expectations
  • aware of internal barriers, but not able to shift them

They’re not starting from scratch — but they are looking for a different kind of growth.

A different kind of growth

Most approaches to growth focus on changing behaviour or thinking.

This work takes a different approach — by paying attention to the internal dynamics that shape how those behaviours and thoughts arise in the first place.

Rather than trying to override or manage these patterns, we work to understand them.

From there, change becomes more natural, more sustainable, and less effortful.

How we work together

My work sits at the intersection of coaching and therapy, and is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

In practice, this means:

  • we explore the different parts of you that show up in your thinking, emotions and behaviour
  • we pay particular attention to the moments that feel charged, difficult or important
  • we work at a pace that allows for both insight and meaningful shift

This isn’t about analysing endlessly or applying techniques.

It’s about developing a different relationship with yourself — one that allows you to respond with more clarity, steadiness and choice.

What makes this possible

Over time, clients often notice:

  • more clarity and perspective
  • less overthinking, and more trust in their own judgement
  • the ability to pause and choose how they respond
  • responding in ways that feel more consistent with who they are
  • a quieter, steadier sense of confidence in themselves

Practicalities

  • Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes
  • Available online or in person (Market Harborough)
  • Weekly or bi-weekly frequency, depending on your needs

We can discuss what would work best for you in an initial conversation.
